Life after rugby
Having always enjoyed the physical demands that were a major part of professional sport he continued to train. While trying CrossFit, when still in it’s early stages, one of his training partners introduced Anthony to some Gym Jones workouts. The challenges of these workouts inspired Anthony to find out more. On discovering Gym Jones he started on a journey. He found a reflection of the values and philosophies in training that he highly regarded. After attending the fundamentals and intermediate seminars in London in 2014, he was able to visit Salt Lake for the final advanced seminar in 2015. After an internship at Gym Jones, in Salt Lake in November 2015 he became a fully certified instructor.
With the knowledge gained through Gym Jones and his previous extensive experience, he has now been able to align his passion for coaching and training into Evolve Fitness.
