From the 12th-19th October we will be offering a free trial week to anyone who is interested in training with us. This will give you the chance to workout with existing team members and get an experience of what we do here. There will be coaches on hand to make sure you get the most from your workout and offer plenty of help and advice.
There will be a variety of workouts through the week suitable for people of all fitness levels. We often hear “I’ll get fit and then I’ll come and try it”. This is a chance to come and train, no matter what your current fitness level. The goal is for you to train with us and get fit!!
