Welcome back and a happy New Year

There has been a really good feel around our gym this week. It’s good to get back and see people picking up where they left off last year. Back to the grind, no one said it would be easy!

We will ... use 2016 develop what we do. There will be improvements and we will offer a broader range of services.

We have targets we want to achieve, standards we want to set.

Is your New Year full of resolutions?

Resolution as defined in the dictionary – “a firm decision to do or not to do something”

What are your resolutions? Have you made any? Do you need to make any? Do you need to re-focus? Do you need to set some new targets? Do you need help to define where you are and where you want to be?

Are you looking for motivation to either get back training or to start?

We are here to help you with that.

Make a decision and be consistent. Be consistent in all your actions that will drive you toward your goal. Think about small differences you can make that will take you in the right direction.

Be brutally honest with yourself and you can achieve what you want. It’s ok to stumble along the way, we’re here to pick you up, dust you off and get you going again. It’s just not acceptable to quit.

You really don’t need to be told though. You know, don’t you?

Decide what you want and resolve to pay the price needed to achieve it.

Hold yourself accountable. Hold yourself to a higher standard.
